Jamie Maing is a strategic, insightful, and honest marketing communications leader.

With 12 years in marketing and design, his creativity and understanding of the user (human) experience has lifted companies and teams to realize higher levels of innovation, sales, and operational efficiency. He uses project management, design, strategy, and supply chain techniques to control the creative process, support a culture of creativity, and build a structure and organization for design.

He's best known for his positive energy, enthusiasm, proactive approaches, and the success of his work – which has been recognized with multiple honours and awards including: Morningstar's Best Use of Technology Award, PR Daily's Social Media Campaign Honorable Mention, Web Marketing Association's Bank Standard of Excellence, Keynote Systems' #1 Overall Customer Experience Award, and Forrester Research's #1 Best Website User Experience Award.

At BMO, he helped grow their eBusiness Unit (5 people) into a Department (100+ staff) and win several awards for the work produced. At Studio Diversity, he's helps small businesses define their brand, grow their digital presence, implement social media strategies, and increase their reach. Today, at the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) he helps to rebuild the company brand, increase member engagement, and drive technological innovation.
